Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, marks the half way point in the year. This is a perfect opportunity to carve time out for you! Create a sacred space for healing, reflection, reevaluation and setting intentions for the rest of the year.

During this online retreat we will tap into our intuitive energy and allow our inner wisdom to be our guide, as I explain the numeric vibrational energy of 2024.

Reflecting back on the first half of the year, we will use this pause to reset, using mindfulness, meditations and journalling to set your hopes and intentions for the next half of the year.

A quiet and private space. Access to Internet. A pen and paper, or journal. A candle to light, if you have one. A glass of water. A choice of crystals to hand (optional). Blankets for extra cosiness!
