What to expect:
9:45 – Arrival
Refreshments – grab a cuppa
Set up your space in the retreat room.
10:00 – Session one – Opening the space
Mindfulness meditation – Checking in
Introduction to the theme: 2025 Numerology Insight – Number 9
1030 – Session Two – Power of word
Silent retreat begins
Journaling
Affirmations
11am – Session Three – Sacred Self Love
Crystal Healing Meditation
1130 – Session Four – Explore
Soul-led activity (Various choices; movement, oracle cards, creativity, radical rest etc)
12pm A mindful Lunch – Quiet time
You may stay in the retreat room for relaxation, or spend some mindful/silent time in the beautiful garden or shared lunch area).
(Bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided)
1230 – Session Five – Soul calling
Setting 2025 intentions
13:00 – Session Six – Self Love Circle
Break silence
Sharing, listening, holding space (the art of listening)
Closing ceremony
2pm Finish

Venue:
Elephant Rooms. South St. Draycott. Derby. DE72 3PP (Street parking available)
The session takes place upstairs in the yoga studio accessible by stairs only.
What to bring
- Please bring indoor slippers or socks as we are unable to wear shoes in the studio.
- Please bring a journal/paper and pen.
You will be seated or lying on yoga mats during the retreat.
- Cushions and blankets will be provided but you are welcome to bring additional blankets/cushions for extra cosiness and comfort.
Chairs can be provided too. As we will be creating vision boards, there will be some tables and chairs set up in the retreat room.
- Please bring a packed lunch.
There is a kitchen with plenty of options of tea, coffee and herbal teas. There is also a fridge if you wish to use it to keep your lunch in
